Grapefruit & Mint Fizz

Grapefruits are definitely one of the more underrated citrus in my opinion. I love to have a glass in the morning with breakfast, but I love it even more when it’s mixed up into a refreshing cocktail! Grapefruits are pretty versatile in the cocktail world because they pair wonderfully with vodka, tequila, light rum, gin & even beer!
