Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 6 oz Blue Cheese
  • ½ cup Half and Half
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients using a whisk, reserving 2oz Blue Cheese.
  • Once all ingredients are combines, add remaining Blue Cheese & gently stir to combine.
  • Allow the dressing to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
