Honey Pecan Cream Cheese

Honey Pecan is easily one of the most requested cream cheese flavors when going with a sweeter flavor profile. I love to add a pinch of cinnamon to add a lovely warmth to my cream cheese. Honey Pecan cream cheese is also delicious as a dip for fruit, like apples or bananas.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • ½ cup chopped Pecans
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • pinch of Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • In the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or using a hand mixer), combine cream cheese, pecans, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Turn the mixer to low and mix until all the ingredients are well combined and the cream cheese begins to get fluffy.
  • Turn the mixer one speed faster and whip the cream cheese for a minute, then turn the mixer off.
  • Transfer the cream cheese to a serving bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, if time permits.
