Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup Scallions sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • In the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or using a hand mixer), combine cream cheese, scallions, and salt
  • Turn the mixer to low and mix until all the ingredients are well combined and the cream cheese begins to get fluffy.
  • Turn the mixer one speed faster and whip the cream cheese for a minute, then turn the mixer off.
  • Transfer the cream cheese to a serving bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, if time permits.
