- 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
- 1-3 cloves Garlic thinly sliced
- ½ cup White Vinegar
- ½ cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ¾ tablespoon White Sugar
Place onions and garlic in a glass jar and set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring mixture to a boil then transfer to a measuring cup for easy pouring.
Carefully pour liquid mixture over onions and garlic, making sure to fully submerge the onions in liquid
Cover and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
